Pony Plop Terms and Conditions:

Section 1. General Terms and Procedure

1. The game will be played on a large field mapped with 2m x2m squares. Each square will be counted as one ticket.

2. Each ticket will be sold for £10 each, with up to 1316 tickets to be sold by Kent Cheer Academy. Proceeds from this event will be used towards funding the International KCA teams competing in USA in 2022.

3. The squares will be randomly assigned by raffle tickets for sale until 13th February, the day the Pony Plop is held.

4. A plop will be defined as when the pony poops.

5. There is no limit to the amount of tickets one person may buy.

6. Two ponies will be led on to the middle of the field, and will remain on the field until 2 pony plops have occurred. If this does not occur after a reasonable time, a ticket will be randomly drawn to determine the winner. The event will be live streamed on the KCA social media platform. KCA athletes and parents will be invited to attend the event live on the day.

7. If over 1000 tickets are sold then three bonus tickets will be picked at random for additional cash prizes.

8. If the plop lands in between 2 or more squares, the square with the largest portion of plop is the winner. In the event the plop is divided equally among the squares, then the prize will be split equally between the two or more squares. Judges will have a final say of the winning square.

9. If the Plop lands on an unsold lot, the measurement will move one north (of the paddock) and one clockwise to find a winner. Judges will have final say of the winning square.

Section 2. Participation

1. Anyone may buy tickets, with the exception of KCA staff.

2. Ticket sales will not be limited, one can buy unlimited tickets (with the maximum being the number of tickets remaining at the time of sale)

3. Only those who are above the age of 18 may participate.

4. Those who are minors (below the age of 18) must have a parent or legal guardian buy a ticket with them or for them.

Section 3. Prizes and Winnings

1. The first place winner will be the owner of the square in which the pony plops first, second place winner will be the owner of the square in which the pony plops second.

2. If the second occurs in a square that already has a previous plop, the square will move one north and clockwise to find a winner.

3. The first place winner will receive up to £1000*, second place will receive a years supply of toilet rolls (based on a one person household). If more than 1000 tickets are sold there will be additional 3 prizes of £100 each chosen at random from the tickets sold.

4. A minimum number of ticket sales (600 tickets) is needed to ensure the draw takes place. In the event that too few tickets are sold, we reserve the right to extend the raffle to a later date, but will still ensure the draw takes place before the end of April 2022.

5. *If less than 600 tickets are sold then prize money will be proportional to the revenue collected from ticket sales.

Section 4. Alternative Dates and Back Up Procedure

1. In the event of inclement weather, the Pony Plop will be moved to the next possible date.

Section 5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to all the aforementioned rules.

At KCA we are proud to accept athletes of all ages and abilities. We understand that commitment is not a possibility for everyone.

We have a Tumble & Recreational class which runs on Saturdays. These are on a non-committal basis and payable weekly. We also have our ALL NEW advanced tumble class which has a LIMITED 15 spaces. (Last few spaces remaining)
